繼續(xù)移動(dòng)，Ezio從高處看到Cesare快步出城，這會(huì)兒兩個(gè)暗殺目標(biāo)都不在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，Machiavelli要失望了。往上爬到Caterina的牢房外，Ezio從鐵窗看到妒火中燒的Lucrezia跑來(lái)找Caterina的麻煩，賞了她一棍之馀還把牢房鑰匙給收走了。爬上屋頂順便收拾掉巡邏的警衛(wèi)，Ezio從堡頂?shù)闹型ミM(jìn)入城堡內(nèi)部，跟著導(dǎo)航點(diǎn)移動(dòng)（提防守衛(wèi)）就能抵達(dá)Caterina的牢房。
Ezio 打算把Caterina救出來(lái)，可是牢房的鑰匙在Lucrezia手上，Ezio只好找她本人討了。沿著導(dǎo)航點(diǎn)走上中庭，玩家會(huì)聽到Lucrezia正在與一個(gè)名叫Pietro的男子談情說愛，不過這家伙只是 Lucrezia拿來(lái)引Cesare忌妒的倒楣鬼而已。等Pietro離開后，Ezio大膽地與 Lucrezia正面對(duì)質(zhì)，表示只要她肯釋放Caterina，就不會(huì)對(duì)她不利。Lucrezia當(dāng)然不會(huì)乖乖就范，她叫來(lái)了守衛(wèi)攻擊Ezio ，把守衛(wèi)全部殺光后，玩家可以接近Lucrezia按B鍵，押著她朝牢房移動(dòng)。往牢房移動(dòng)的路上Lucrezia會(huì)試著逃跑，而且會(huì)有好幾波守衛(wèi)殺來(lái)，這時(shí)玩家得放下Lucrezia（同樣按B鍵）才能與守衛(wèi) 交戰(zhàn)；戰(zhàn)斗的時(shí)候Lucrezia會(huì)開始逃亡，玩家如果離她太遠(yuǎn)，記憶就會(huì)失敗，千萬(wàn)要注意。
