四、甲方開發(fā)公司中的設計師是做什么的?

1、在甲方從事設計，主要的工作就是設計管理，內(nèi)容廣泛。需要堅實的專業(yè)知識和技能做基礎，這個最好在學校里就打好基礎，也是你進入一家稱心的公司的前提。

設計管理的主要任務是產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、設計單位管理、后續(xù)施工階段的跟蹤管理。

重點，或者說最能體現(xiàn)你專業(yè)水平的就是產(chǎn)品研發(fā)，也是設計管理團隊的核心價值。提高產(chǎn)品附加值，對項目進行價值提升，從而提高項目成本的承受能力。

2、環(huán)藝的專業(yè)比較寬泛，但真的到甲方從事設計工作，又會顯得工作面比較窄，因為工作上只是涉及了你的一部分內(nèi)容，大多數(shù)的還是結(jié)構(gòu)和建筑的事情。所以建議去大的公司，不為別的，就是大企業(yè)往往分工比較細，你這樣的才會有比較合適的位置。小單位往往要求你大而全，會令你無所適從。

3、世貿(mào)、華潤之類甲方公司的設計師工作職能就是協(xié)調(diào)設計院各方面資源，將置地本身的對于建筑的理念與想法很好的貫徹到設計院的設計師腦子中，讓他們最終畫出的東西符合置地公司的要求。

工作強度得看項目情況，不會太累，最多一年中會有倆仨月需要經(jīng)常加班而已，相對于其他地產(chǎn)公司，不算高。
