# 25 November 1989; Korean Air F28-4000; Seoul, South Korea: The aircraft crashed immediately after takeoff as a result of a failure of the left engine. None of the six crew members and one of the 47 passengers was killed.
# 6 August 1997; Korean Air 747-300; Agana, Guam USA: The aircraft crashed about three miles (4.8 km) short of the runway during a night time approach in heavy rain. Twenty one of the 23 crew members and 207 of the 231 passengers were killed.

15 April 1999; Korean Air MD-11; Flight 6316; near Shanghai, China: Shortly after takeoff on a flight from Shanghai to Seoul, South Korea, with the aircraft about 4,500 feet above the ground, the crew mistakenly put the aircraft into an an abrupt descent and were unable to recover the aircraft before it struck a residential area about about 10 kilometers (six miles) from the airport. All three crew members were killed, as were five people on the ground.

根本沒有手提行李,他竟然收費(fèi)680元,我朋友說沒有手提行李,她又變成610元,我朋友老公很生氣,說不托了,又改成480元,還一直催促,讓快點(diǎn)。空姐還一直在推銷飛機(jī)模型、化妝品等,沒有一刻安靜的,像個(gè)亂糟糟的農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)。

事情到此,總該有個(gè)道歉吧,她竟然說她做的沒錯(cuò),而且口氣牛的要命,說你愛去哪投訴哪投訴去,她不怕。我后來打了三次南航的投訴電話,果然不出所料,壓根人家就不搭理你,受理時(shí)說三天內(nèi)給回復(fù),這都一個(gè)禮拜過去了。屁都出不來一個(gè)。真是航空老大啊,佩服!
