基本上買家的詢盤可分為如下幾種:
第一,目標(biāo)明確專業(yè)型.這類詢盤有如下特點(diǎn):1買家信息全面.包括來(lái)自的國(guó)家地區(qū),公司名稱,地址,電話,傳真聯(lián)系人.2需要的產(chǎn)品目標(biāo)明確,有具體的品名,有數(shù)量,有交貨條件,交貨期等.3詢問(wèn)的問(wèn)題專業(yè),問(wèn)題詳細(xì),但是內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)明扼要.
這類詢盤是要值得你高度注意的,這類買家是比較專業(yè)的,而且他們有采購(gòu)此類產(chǎn)品的計(jì)劃,所以針對(duì)這樣的詢盤要在第一時(shí)間專業(yè)、準(zhǔn)確、全面細(xì)致的回復(fù)。

第四類,信息收集型。這類詢盤的的問(wèn)題專業(yè)度遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過(guò)我們業(yè)務(wù)的范圍,對(duì)具體的參數(shù)問(wèn)的很細(xì)致,他們可能需要你提供樣品,他們會(huì)調(diào)查此類產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng),這樣的詢盤,如果是經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的業(yè)務(wù)一看就比較敏感,在回復(fù)的時(shí)候會(huì)小心翼翼的試探,很容易從對(duì)方的郵件里發(fā)現(xiàn)破綻。這些一定是同行或者競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手。
